Below is a list of properties which have been generously donated to Project Raise The Roof for purchase through our Welcome Home Program. While we try to be as thorough as possible with our descriptions, we encourage all interested buyers to see the property they intend to purchase in person and to bring family, friends, or trusted professionals who may advise you on the property. At the showing, we will provide a sample contract for you to look over. We encourage you to discuss this sample contract with an accountant or attorney prior to signing the official purchase agreement, and we are always happy to answer any questions you may have. PRTR understands that not all of our potential buyers have accountants or attorneys, so we are glad to provide you with referrals to free or low-cost legal services if needed.
